What are your application requirements?

We require a household income of at least 3x the rent amount. We also conduct credit, criminal, and rental background checks.

What fees/deposits are due upon applying? Moving in?

Churchill Court does not have an application fee but we do require 10% of the security deposit when you submit the application.
The remainder of the security deposit, which is equal to one month's rent, along with a $25 key fee and the first month's rent is due before moving in.

What leasing options are available?

Churchill Court offers 12-month leases.

How much is the security deposit?

Our security deposit is equal to one month's rent.

Is renter's insurance required?

Yes. We require our residents to have liability insurance with coverage of at least $300,000. It is the responsibility of the resident to obtain and pay for the renter's insurance.

Is there a late fee for overdue payments?

Yes. There is a $75 late fee after 30 days.

When is rent due?

Rent is always due on the first day of the month.

How can I pay my rent?

Churchill Court only accepts online payments through your resident portal account.
Your options of payment are ACH, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Moneygram. Some of these options have added fees.

How often is there a rent increase?

Rent increases are implemented upon renewal of the lease. You will not be subject to a rent increase in the middle of your lease.

How are packages received?

All of our buildings are equipped with Amazon Key for Amazon deliveries. All other package deliveries are left in the front lobby of the corresponding building.

What are the hours of the leasing office?

Our leasing office is open Monday-Thursday 9:00am -5:30pm, and Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.

What are the pool hours and seasonal availability?

Our pool opens the Saturday before Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Our pool hours are 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm.

Are your stoves gas or electric?

The stoves at Churchill Court are electric.

Do the apartment homes have microwaves?

Most of our One and Two-bedroom apartment homes are equipped with microwaves. However, our One-Bedroom Junior apartment homes are not equipped with microwaves.

What property amenities are included?

Churchill Court residents enjoy a seasonal pool.

Are there laundry facilities in the community?

Every building in the Churchill Court community has a laundry facility.

What schools serve Churchill Court?

K-4th Grade - Silverhill Elementary School
5th-8th Grade - Consentino Middle School
9th-12th Grade - Haverhill High School

Is there public transportation nearby?

Public transportation is provided by Merrimack Valley Transit (MEVA). The closest stop for Churchill Court residents is a short walk to the corner of Merrimack Street and Addison Avenue.
