|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — It's very comfortable living here. The apartments are spacious. My apartment was thoroughly cleaned and painted. Carpets and doors look to be new. Maintenance staff is friendly and super responsive. My only compliant is that the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors clearly when they are loud.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — I've been living here 12 years and the property is beautiful. Other than some frequent plumbing issues and updates needed in some units, it is very well kept. Manager, Vianela Morales is the best thing that has happened here in Haverhill. She is extremely professional and respectful.
